Jen Jones currently serves as the Executive Director of both the Herb it Forward Foundation (HIFF) and the Philly Service Award. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she earned a B.A. in Communications in 2012 as a first-generation college student from Chestnut Hill College. Starting her career in website management and business operations, her journey working with students began in 2015, when she played a role in launching the Herb It Forward Scholarship, and she eventually became HIFF's first Executive Director in 2017. During this time, the scholarship program and foundation have grown significantly, awarding over a million dollars in scholarships and serving over 350 students in the greater Philadelphia area. Jen is passionate about working with students and launching innovative programs that strengthen communities and inspire others to create lasting impacts.
