We appreciate your interest in receiving the Philly Service Award application for our 2026-2027 cycle. Please note: Completing this form will ensure your school receives our application when it opens. This form is not the grant application, and your school will not be funded until the formal application has been completed.

• After you sign up here, you will receive an acknowledgment of your pre-registration.

• The application will be sent in September.

• Upon approval, eligible Philadelphia high schools that apply will receive community improvement funds to complete their chosen projects. (Note: Each school is eligible for one grant per academic year.)

• All schools that receive funds and complete community improvement projects will also have the opportunity to compete for additional funding for their schools at our annual Impact Awards ceremony.
