Sherry focuses her practice on business contracts, corporate transactions, real estate, venture capital, private equity, bank financing, and healthcare law.

Starting her career as a staff accountant for PWC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), Sherry acquired significant experience in finance and accounting. Sherry has practiced law for 38 years, including 25 years at large Philadelphia law firms (Pepper Hamilton and Blank Rome).

Sherry served as the Director of Legal Services for Clinical Care and Associates of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.  Here she was responsible for all legal aspects of a primary care network that employed over 1,500 people in 75 locations.  

Sherry currently provides legal services through her own practice Sherry Lemonick LLC advising clients on corporate, real estate, and financing transactions.

As an influential and inspiring speaker, Sherry has spoken, moderated, and conducted classes, workshops, and panels for over 10 years. Her teaching and speaking portfolio includes engagements at Villanova Law School, Drexel University School of Law, Wharton School of Business, BarBri, Early Stage East, and the BioLife Conference.  

Sherry has published articles in the Philadelphia Business Journal regarding business disputes and corporate divorce. Sherry is a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Sherry holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law.
